Cut cables to lenght

Solder the cables to the sensors

Push cables through the hole of the bracket into the center hole

Make sure the southpole is facing outward. Check the south pole by holding the magnet near a working Hall-O on your system

Making 5V for filament runout on a CNControlsV1.2 mainboard

Adjust the trim pot on the hall sensor

follow the steps in this order:

  • When no filaments are inserted, the green LED should be on. when it is off, correct the trim pot and/or rotate the magnet.
  • When filament is inserted in one of the inputs, push down hard on the magnet. The green LED of the corresponding Hall_O should be off. when it is on, correct the trim pot and/or rotate the magnet.

You can also bend the sensor towards or away from the magnets.
